Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, for any service operated by Global Partners LLC. You do not need a reason, and we will not charge you.

1. How to request deletion

1. Email privacy@glblpartners.com from the email address associated with your account.
2. Put "Delete my data" in the subject line.
3. Tell us which service you used — for example Park Patrols or Birdie Recon — if you know it.

If you signed in with Google, Facebook, GitHub, Discord, X or Yahoo, email us from the address held by that provider, or tell us which provider you used so we can locate the account.

2. What happens next

• We confirm receipt within 7 days.
• We complete the deletion within 30 days.
• We email you when it is done.

We may ask you to confirm the request from the account's own email address. That step exists to stop someone else deleting your account, and it is the only reason we would delay.

4. What we may keep, and why

A small amount of data is retained where the law requires it. We keep the minimum, and it is never used to contact you or to rebuild your account.

An opt-out record is also kept so that a request to stop messaging you continues to be honoured. Deleting it would risk contacting you again, which is the opposite of what you asked for.

5. Deleting the connection at the provider

If you signed in through another service, removing our app there stops future sign-ins but does not delete the data we already hold. To have that deleted, use the email route above.

• Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove the app
• Google: myaccount.google.com → Data & privacy → Third-party apps & services
• Other providers: look for "connected apps" or "authorised applications" in account settings
