Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Global Partners LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Idaho, United States, and they govern your use of Global Partners and the website at glblpartners.com.

1. Accepting these Terms

By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
• Give us accurate information, including a working email address — it is how you recover access and how we send security notices.
• Tell us promptly at privacy@glblpartners.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully, or to break another party's terms
• Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit alerts without our written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, or disrupt or overload it
• Scrape, reverse engineer or copy the service except as the law expressly permits
• Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your affiliation

4. Paid plans

• Paid features are billed in advance on the interval shown at purchase, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable.
• We may change prices on reasonable notice; changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

5. Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you have paid for, we will refund the unused portion.

6. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, creates risk or legal exposure, or has been inactive for an extended period. We will give reasonable notice unless the breach requires immediate action.

7. Our content and yours

The service, its software, design and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You keep ownership of anything you submit, and grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service for you.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any information it surfaces is accurate or current.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBAL PARTNERS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY — INCLUDING ANY BOOKING, RESERVATION OR OPPORTUNITY YOU DID NOT OBTAIN — ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) 50 US DOLLARS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Partners LLC and its officers and contractors from claims and costs arising out of your use of the service or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Idaho, and each waive any objection to venue there. Nothing here prevents either party seeking injunctive relief where appropriate.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will give notice of material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
