Initiating is a guided process that helps you evaluate and define your project needs and provides us with the initial framework we need to begin defining the team requirements.


Building upon the research, direction, and decisions made in Initiating, we work with you to create a plan that achieves your specific goals.


Measuring project progression and performance and ensuring that everything happening aligns with the project management plan; adjusting as required.


When the objectives of the project have been achieved, the project manager will close down the project. This will involve some financial closure tasks, as well as archiving of the project materials.
