Q: Can I see your background and qualifications to help my hiring process?

Q: What do you charge for your services?
A: Since we are specialist in the logistics and supply chain discipline, we handle all levels from an analyst and supervisor up to a Chief Logistics Officer. Each position needs a special level of service. We will work with you to come up with the best way possible to work with you so that you can derive the maximum benefit from the service. Expect our costs to be more than competitive and priced to reflect our desire for a long term partnership.

Q: Do you offer interim candidates?
A: This is not our core business, however these kinds of temporary placements have been done.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee on your placements?
A: Guarantees range from 30 days to 6 months depending on the level of service. We will work with you so that the guarantee makes sense to you.

Q: Do you use job boards to post your positions?
A: All recruiters do, no matter what they tell you. We use every tool at our disposal as well as being very involved in the association that our candidates participate (W.E.R.C., CSCMP, Etc). In addition, we also cold call into competitor companies and try to pull the very best talent away for our clients! We use the full suite of tools to our clients advantage.

Q: Do you check references on the candidates you represent?
A: We can provide this service if required by our client’s.

Q: How long will it take before we begin to see candidates?
A: Because this is so specialized, time is greatly reduced to see the first candidates. However, your circumstances will dictate the timeline (job complexity, salary, location, etc) and your expectations will be discussed during the requisition process.

Q: Can you recruit anywhere in the country?
A: We are comfortable and have been successful in placing people from coast to coast including Canada and Mexico.

Q: Can you assist with on-site recruiting events?
A: Absolutely! In some scenarios, assistance can also be provided for the hourly workforce.
